We're looking for a lovely person to join our team! 

 

Our Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, running our point of sale system, processing fresh flowers, ensuring cleanliness inside the cooler and around the store. Answering the phone, taking orders, arranging and completing deliveries. Merchandising and product ordering as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist customers

  • Wrap and package fresh flowers and giftware

  • Assist in cutting and processing fresh flowers 

  • Answering phone calls and taking orders

  • Organize floral deliveries 

  • Maintain high level of cleanliness and organization

  • Run Point of Sale and handle cash and card transactions

  • Merchandising and product ordering as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills

  • Creative eye

  • Reliable and trustworthy

  • Availability on major holidays/events i.e. Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc. and weekends

  • Ability to lift flower boxes and buckets

  • Cash handling experience required

  • Part-time (hours as required, schedule to be determined every 2 weeks pending workload – extra hours available around special holidays/events as approved)
